1] Why do you struggle?
The truth shall set you free. Really, try to be honest with yourself. What stops you from getting fit, losing weight and enjoyiojg your best life? Not the excuses, the real reasons you struggle?
2] What is this struggle costing you?
Seriously, how is this struggle with your weight, health and fitness showing up in your relationships, at work or in your free time? Are you constantly tired, using alcohol and food to manage what is really wrong? How much do you spend each month on food and drink?  Worse, how are you showing up in your life?

5] Why is this important now?
Why not wait another few months? What is it about now that brought you to this site? If there was one reason you could give yourself to take back control of your weight, health and fitness right here, right now - what would it be?
6] What is the price you will have to pay to have the life you want?
Most people start but they don't finish. Don't be one of those people any more. With success comes sacrifice. Your next move must be a permanent one. You need to create new habits and, therefore, change your lifestyle. This means giving up things you currently enjoy. This might mean altering some relationships and no longer doing some of things you regularly do right now. Get clear on what the price is you will have to pay to live your best life. 
7] Decide whether you are prepared to pay the price?
It is decision time. Will you pay the price? For most, clearly, the answer is no, which is why they stay the same and never deal with how they feel about themselves and continue, therefore, to struggle with their weight, health and fitness. The game here is not to get fit or lose weight, but live your best life as a fitter and healthier person. Are you ready to play?
