I offer a range of Accountability programs with live face-to-face coaching calls to help you to be more resilient and finally see through your good intentions to change.

My name is Darren Tebbenham and I will be your coach. I started out as a University lecturer in Liverpool after completing my master's degree in sport psychology. I worked in cardiac rehabilitation and on a GP referral program as a motivation and behaviour change specialist before deciding to leave my PhD and pursue a career as a Personal Trainer. 

I have worked with thousands of clients as a fitness and nutrition expert in Australia, the UK and in Europe and in 2005 began teaching personal trainers. I am the founder of the European Institute of Fitness and have been coaching clients for many years. 

I have two wonderful children, travel alot and love inspiring others to find their inner resolve and find success where they previously struggled.
